Hi guys
I have encountered a problem recently with DJI Go 4 app on my iPad.
I can’t Login to the app on my iPad. It’s working on my iPhone 7 and web browser.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled but no luck.

I also have reported to DJI Support.

Appreciate your help with this. Thank you

I had exactly the same yesterday , restarted device and was all back to normal ...weird ,never had that before

Any luck yet with your login through the app?
I got the same issue with the app on my iPad mini 4, every other device works fine.

Hi, yesterday I was unable to connect my ipad mini 4(DJI Go app) with my phantom 4 pro controller but my iphone X was able to connect to my phantom 4 pro controller. My iphone X was running IOS 11.3.1 and my ipad mini 4 was running IOS 11.3.0. So I did a firmware update on my ipad mini 4 and it work. Before I did a firmware update on my ipad, my phantom 4 pro controller and phantom 4 pro was updated. I think IOS 11.3.0 got some issue with DJI Go app. Hope this info useful.

Just got my Mavic Air and tried logging into the app but kept getting the sign in failed message. I tried restarting the device multiple times. And reinstalled the app multiple times but still no luck. Please help.

Downloaded DJI Vision  app but when trying to log in I get "authentication failed" . Already tried everything posted here. Nothing works. Need some help pls.

I am having trouble with  connecting to DJI GO4 . for some reason it won't allow me to log in. It doesn't matter if I am trying to Sign In or Sign Up again it won"t go thru

I had the same issue and ended up having to change my password. Went through forgot password link. Not sure if this was their way to get us to change them.
