I must be doing something wrong but whenever I connect my phone or remove my phone  from the remote controller the RC cable it connects to comes out of the sliding mechanism the cable fits into. Its very irritating.Anyone else having the samemproblem?

It depends on how hard and at what angle you pull the phone from the cord. If you hold the cord while putting in or pulling out the phone then that usually solves some of the problem?

Not sure how you would hold the cord either way.

Yes i am doing exactly as the manual states. Still a issue.

My cable also not easy to fit with iPhone port. It’s difficult to stay in the correct place of the RC handle. DJI should improve the cable holder design.

Definite design flaw.

I discarded the little sliding frame as it was always popping out.  It's much easier to fit the phone without that  thing and may not look quite as neat but works fine without it.

Buy a Thor slinky cable and just use that. It does not get in the way.

I have a Samsung S7 Edge and every time I disconnect the phone the cable slips out of the holder.  I just deal with it.

$1,345.00 CDN for the bundle....shouldnt come with a cheap remote connector nor should I have to go out and buy a alternative cable.
