I was wondering if my Phantom 4 Pro would make it through customs at the airport in Milan Italy? Anyone have any tips for me, or advise? I am going on Monday, and I'm debating bringing it.

Start by calling italian customs.
And do a search for who is in charge of aviation safety within italy.

Of course you can bring your drone.  It's not different from bringing other tech products like smartphone or computer.
Customs don't care what you do with it. That is on another page = drone flying requirements in Italy.
Customs are interested in tax evasion. That's why you want to have the receipt of purchase with you.

Most important: Read the requirements of your airline regarding the lithium batteries.
Most likely the requirement is that the batteries must not be in checked luggage but in hand luggage.
Also it is recommended to tape the connectors.

I travelled Germany > US recently with my P4P and 5 batteries - no issues.
Yes - customs in the US asked me a couple of questions regarding the content of my case.
Custom guys like to ask and chat because they are always bored...

You can try to check the drone regulations of Italy at https://www.enac.gov.it/La_Norma ... info-122671512.html
Or try to contact the local admin for further info.
BTW, checking the no fly zone is also suggested: https://www.dji.com/flysafe?site=brandsite&from=footer

Thanks. I was just in Da Nang last month. I was going to bring my P4P with me, but I read all these reports that drones were getting confiscated by the Vietnamese authorities in the airport. So I figure I should check up on Italy.
