I have received an email saying my order was successfully refunded.  Does the refund window start now?  I did not return anything, the order was cancelled because of an address error.  How do I tell if the process was already forwarded back to my bank?  Maybe my bank is still pended a deposit?

That is right, the estimated shipping date is 10-15 business days after payment confirmation. Appreciate your patience.
