Hello. I am trying to unlock a geo zone! but I only get this message: Submission failed, please try again. What to do? Need to fly..

Tempted to say: Submission failed, please try again, but perhaps other can figure out from your explanation where something might has been done the wrong way ... ?

I am sure I did all right, But this is the message i get. nothing else....

i think then the only thing to do is contact flysafe@dji.com , i doubt many can help here as you don't tell a thing about what you have done from where and how you did it.

I don't know if you tried this (or watched this video) but if you did or it doesn't help then do as KenDK suggests  contact flysafe@dji.com

I think I have found the problem. it does not work on safari. Has to be done via Chrome... Cheers.
