i keep losing signal on my mavic air .....already tried the pushing the plug all the way in ......i have tried it on both my phone and galaxy tablet .....it keeps a signal until i start to fly away .....about 6 feet and the signal lost and it returns to home .....all updates are current on both the controller and drone

Try to use 5.8ghz instead of 2.4. That fixed my issue

At the same time, you are recommended to try the flight again in different locations, please make sure the GPS is good and there is no magnetic interference. Hope everything will be fine soon.

no errors showiing in app was working good fromt ehtime i bought it a month ago but jus a few days ago it started with the no signal issue

what i cant understand is it was working great when i first bought the drone a month ago but now im having this problem ......i will try this frequency switch today and report back what happens and if it resolves my issue

i dont know if you noticed i have a mavic air not pro only the pro has the fixed wing plane mode

Put your phone onto airplane mode and try changing your cable between RC and phone for a new one.

well i have tried everything suggested here changing the wifi frequency ....changing to 5.8ghz....and yes even putting my phone on airplane mode ......nothing is working ......camera gets signal until its anythig after 3 feet up or in my proximity ......im thinking the drone is no good or needs someone to service it .........

I understand the drone is new and so is the cable that came with it, but it is a known issue with the drone that the cable can sometimes cause issues, change it. Use the cable that comes with your phone and plug it into the bottom port.

dont if you read it or not but i did mention i use my tablet as well in which i use a different curly usb that was purchased thru dji and im still having the same issue

well looks like no one can help and the issues are still ongoing called dji got all the same details i got here they had me do an imu calabration and a compass calibration still no resolution .....the drone is already past the send it back method looks like i got stiffed for $999.00 and a repair bill as well

after dji tried to jack me for 405.00 trying to say the boards were needing replacement along with covers that were not even damaged blah blah blah thinking i was stupid and was going to send in money that equaled half the price of the craft .........i took it to a place here in denver that are authorized repair people told me to fly it with just the phone and voila the camera works just fine and the overall advice given was the remote was bad and needed replacement ........now to fight with these foriegners on getting the remote replaced with the warranty........hah good luck
