Is this much adjustment normal ? Do i need to send it for service ?? Can I zero it/calibrate? I did try calibrate of compass and IMU with no results

Has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? If yes, it is ok as long as the gimbal is leveled.
Also, there is no option to calibrate the gimbal for Spark at this moment.
