Hi there, yesterday I got the new Osmo mobile 2. After turning it on .. there was an update, but it failed around 30% and after that I cannot use it any more ... There is just solid red light all the time.Today I tried it the same on second mobile but it still doesnt work !!!
I have red something about "log files" here but I cannot do it. Dont know how ... sorry ...
What shall I do it now ... or where shall I send it ... I am from the Czech Republic ...

Hello. I must tell you about the solution to the problem. Deleting the app from my phone or clearing the cache didn't work. But running the app from another phone (Samsung Galaxy A5 2017) allowed the update to finish.
Another important note: it is possible that this is due to problems with connecting the phone via Bluetooth to the gadget. Huawei P 20 Pro sees the gadget in the device list only in the DJI Go app for a few seconds. The usual bluetooth connection window does not see the gadget at all. Android 8.1.0. Samsung A5 2017 has no such problems. It has Android 8.0.0 installed. Similar problems connecting the gadget via bluetooth have also been found with IPhone7.
