Hello - I've been using my OSMO 2 mobile filming and when I hit record I get the "beep" when I start recording. This beep also can clearly be heard in the video. Is there a way to turn this off or turn it way down? I'm using an iPhone 7.

I also am getting some audio interference of some sort that is just a constant noise when using the gimbal. I do not get this noise in my videos when I am recording without using the gimbal. What may be causing this?

Hi Chris, sorry that the record starting sound cannot be turned off, it could only be turned down. For the noise you mentioned, it is made by the sensor and the gimbal motor, this is normal.
