Is the battery revivable? Similar to DJI Inspire tutorial I've seen out there. Meaning I need to charge every cell on my own?

And if so, anyone got a video tutorial I can follow?

Hi there, is there any reaction when you keep the battery charging for a certain time? If still no luck, I'd suggest sending the battery in if it is still in warranty period.

Its not in the warranty period. I've read online that my case is that the battery was in a very long storage period and its down to a minumium threshold where the current charger won't charge it so I have to manually charge it. Is there any way I can do this or send it repair for this to be done? new battery is 120 CAD..
