Wow. Still having the same problem in July! You would think DJI would have put a high priority on correcting this.
Dear DJI,
I am an out-of-work computer scientist with 35 years experience in many different systems and technologies from microcontrollers that hold only 512 instructions to sql systems with thousands of tables with 3 years experience in fast food because I am an out-of-work computer scientist with 35 years experience in many different systems and technologies from microcontrollers that hold only 512 instructions to sql systems with thousands of tables. Do you need help ironing this android problem out?

The problem is still in the "DJI go 4" version 4.3.20.
Probably the problem occurrs only in the combination "version > 4.2.x" and "spark produced in end 2017 or early 2018". I purchaced a spark which was a exhibition sample in the shop for probably over one year. So I tried to activate it a few days ago for the first time and I ran into the same trouble that you all had in 2018 with "cannot take off" and "aircraft is locked". Without any further output of the reason. It is an impertinence of DJI to ignore that problem for such a long time.
Will it happen again whenever someone of us resets the spark to factory settings in future?
Any comments from DJI staff about this topic?
