Hey. Sorry to hear your spark also decided to be a submarine...
DJI reviewed my flight log and all info and agreed to give me a new one. They even covered the shipping costs. Good people.
I just lost mine too. Lost signal and never returned home.
I doubt DJI will do anything though.

Hi today the same just happened to us and we are quite worried. Spoke to customer support but till not sure what else to do. Was looking online to find some advice and came across this thread. Any suggestions please? Thanks!
