SD card shows full, but when I plug it into my Mac, there are no images. Also, the DJI app is not coming up in the App Store. How do I get the Assistant?
What do you see when you plug it into your mac?
Have you tried formating the card?
Have you tried reading the card using a different device?I dont use a mac so cant help you with the app store
Hi Angela, is the SD card really full of files? If yes, please try to change another card reader or PC to read the content. If it is a fault warning, please try to format the SD card via the DJI GO 4 app. For the DJI Assistant 2, please refer to the answer on 3#. See if it helps.
