Identical symptoms. As I already had a Mavic Pro going through the DJI repair centre (which was very good), I decided to request a exchange through the retailer Jessops, where the Mavic Air was purchased from. Jessops replaced and today I have received a new Air. Hope all goes well for you.
What I cannot confirm is whether this is a software or hardware issue. When I recieved the new drone I went straight into the firmware update before powering down. When the drone did it's own restart the motor did not turn.
When you received the new one, did you have the problem? Or did it come right? The one that sold me this tells me that it is a firmware problem, but if the new one you received came without that problem, then it is a hardware proble. |
