You were flying a P3S?

Did the AC land with all four propellers on the motors?  Or only three... ?

On google earth it looks like it blew a prop the way it drops, with the props attached then perhaps a motor stopped for whatever reason?

The OP started a thread on PP Sunday night, then Monday morning started three identical threads here.  Since then, he has completely ignored the three threads here, save one entry.  I suggest we do the same.

Download the .kml and open google earth online, then in the settings you need to turn on use .kml (experimental) then go to Places and then import .kml

Sorry to hear the crash. I'd suggest sending the unit in for diagnosis. If the drone is still under warranty period, data analysis will be arranged to check the exact status.

BTW, the other two posts have been deleted. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help.

I appreciate the interest Dji Susan. My ship is not already under warranty and sending it from Argentina would be more expensive than an eventual repair. however, the drone works perfectly well and was not damaged by falling on tall grass and having placed protections of propellers and gimbal.

Sorry to ask but what is that string going across the prop guards?
This is the first phantom i have seen used as a kite and would fear that thing getting into the props or stick to a tree.
