hi
I have an osmo with the X5 camera

It came with with a small mini-jack Microphone. I plug it in and it doesn't capture audio.

Anyone know what the issue is ?

Please ensure that you turn on the video audio in the camera setting. Did you check the original video? Please keep us updated, thanks.

Yes I turned on the video audio in the camera setting .... I set it at default. (30)

Still no audio

Chris, just to verify, you mean the video in Micro SD card doesn't capture the audio right? If yes, how about the internal mic? May I have a screenshot of the Audio Contro Settings?
