dear all mavic pro owner.did you have this and how to slove this problem.

For this video.Ian not sure crash something and out of control or gimbal suddenly auto reset than self calibration.

if any user have related experience.please tell me what can I do now.

May mavic pro just purchase less than 1 Month.

This toy I just buy with one Month.I send the email to enquire the problem and support feedback me it the gimbal fault.

I am a user from Hong Kong.

But unfortunately.The box of package show the information this product is selling to AU market not Asia.

Then.I checked for official web site and show the information to me my Mavic Pro is official retail store.

I feel headache

Had it only once. Gimbal reset
Thought it was a calibration problem since I did a calibration over a surveyors metal medallion . It was covered by the landing pad at the time.
Recalibrated and never had the gimbal rest since.

Are you still have the gimbal resetting problem or has it just stopped?
If it still is a problem then take the guys on the forums  advise and send it back to DJI for evaluation.

Have you tried to calibrate the Gimbal? If you haven't then there are a lot of instructions on YouTube that can help.

sorry that I am the beginner.I don't know where is the calibration gimbal option place to.And I don't have a mavic pro on my hand now

My gimbal failed as well, none of the rest or autocalibration fixed the issue. I am returning it to DJI tomorrow morning.

customer experience is OK, the chat was really receptionate on the fact that my gimbal didn'T function correctly..

Symptom is spread of 4-5 days
First day: gimbal acted weird in air and started to wobble, brought it to the ground and it didn't get fixed it..
Second day: a new attempt to try and fly it, it worked...then broke again at the end of the day so i stored it
Third day: it worked again but failed at the end and the last 2 days it was just stuck and not working.

The gimbal would just aggressively rotate upon turning on the aircraft giving a motor overload error..Tried resetting, recalibrating and it would get stuck at 31%. The gimbal doesn't do rotations like before to stabilizise the axel

Also, toggling portrait to landscape wouldn't work and the gimbal wasn't aligned with the sky'S horizon

Hope that the problem improvement.

Try to fly up to function test .

yes! I founded it and complete the calibration . But my mavic pro is refund by local reseller because of I buy care refresh but DJI say to me the contract of care refresh is successful registration but not effective.This incident made me reflect on the whole picture of DJI Company.

My drone is being repaired for free (under warranty). I guess damaged assessment indicated it was manufactor defect. Can't wait to get it back!!!!
