I have version 1.1.1. and there is no HELP icon in the upper right corner. Suggestions?

If you touch the Home icon in the upper left you will.

What's the best use of the simulator? I use an iPad Air 2 and even so the P3 is quite small when I fly it around. Should I experiment with ATTI and F modes. I've learnt more with a cheap Hubsan 4X - any constructive input would be great.
