No, users can only buy it in China, HongKong, United State, Canada, Australia and Taiwan. So there is no Europe version in our website now.

Intersting but in Italy is not allow, i chat with an operator and told you can do if 1) DJI Care Refresh has already been purchased.
2) DJI Care Refresh has not yet expired.
3) There is at least one product replacement left under DJI Care Refresh.

we discuss about point 3, i have condition one and two , i never replace my drone so in my opinion mean ok also condition 3 is ok, he told me no becus you have do a replacment, but i explain for me at least mean you have still have one replacment or both, not wrote you must have.

Pardon me, but I'd like some additional clarification from DJI...
I currently have Care Refresh and have at least one replacement remaining, it will not expire for several more months.  So, if I read things correctly, this part is not strictly clear, I can wait to buy this coverage until days before my current Care Refresh coverage expires and then this new one will add just 12 more months to the current coverage, starting on the day my current coverages ends, correct?
Or
Does it start the day you purchase it and it overlaps, again this is not strictly clear to me?

So about this part:

If I'm reading this right, if at the end of the first year (regular refresh) you end up with a maximum of 1 replacement fort he second year, no matter how many replacements you've used.  If I've never replaced one, before the first year ends, I have 3, but after that it drops to 1 for the second year since the balance "cannot be extended".

Am I understanding that correctly?

I still like the idea, just want to be sure I'm clear on what happens in the second year.

Please advise how non-facebook users can take advantage of this program.

Come on DJI, we know you’re promoting your Facebook presence but there are many of us who refuse to use it. I’m right on the verge of purchasing a Mavic Pro Platinum. Don’t let this be the reason I decide not to continue my drone addiction.

Pfft. I wouldn't trust this warranty at all. Or any warranty that DJI offers for that matter. They don't own up to their warranties, even if they are the ones that caused the damage. I started getting a 'gimbal motor overload' error upon getting my drone back from repair. I sent my drone back a third time and they are saying that it is not covered under warranty any longer. It seems they will do anything to get out of their warranty. They caused the issue and now won't own up to repairing it. Unbelievable. Their customer service has a 0.9 rating out of 10 on over 187 reviews according to trustpilot.com. There are hundreds of other customers that are having this same issue with DJI not following through with their warranty. They are now saying that because it's out of warranty, they don't do anything about it, after they are the ones that broke it. So don't waste a cent on extra warranty when they don't own up to their own mistakes.

You are correct. The first two replacements can only be used in the first year. The third replacement can only be used in the second year.
