I purchased a "used" Inspire 1, and it still has the previous owners Avatar & name (I've blurred it out to protect their privacy in the photo below) shown on my iPad app... but only when playing back each one of the individual Flight Records...


(However, these are all my flight records, not the previous owners).

However, it does show my Avatar correctly when on the flight record list page (assessable from the "User Center" page)...



... and my avatar is also shown correctly in all the other areas of the app as far as I've explored.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

YOU might try the wheel settings tab in the upper right hand corner and erasing all the records. Easy Then use YOUR cloud to sync and add your own email under the settings tab
