Nice area that eastern part of The Netherlands, been there 2 weeks ago on a motorcycle tour. Friendly people there, as i am used to the rush rush rush mentality in the west part.

I hope so to, and NO, never heard anything like that. Normal rules apply, 120 meter height, no crowds, no NFZ, the thing I don't really know yet is how the GDPR thing will change taking photos, footage?

I guess that it will become stricter but others from that just enjoy it.

Hi,

I read the "new" rules from 18.th of feb 2018 for sweden.

I will translate it as good as I can and make "my" interpretation of the text.

"All flight shall be documented in a logbook or "similar".
In this log you shall provide a date, Commander, Pilot, start and landing spot, flight time  and total flight time and the purpose of the flight, all anomalies shall be documented." (not the AC it self it's more observations in the surronding.

As I see this, I will use the "flight log" from the AC it self = Similar logbok, the only thing that is missing here as I see it is the "commander" ie "my self" but I don't see this as a huge problem since the Drone have to be marked with some ID (I have my name and cell number on mine)  
Commander can be the pilot and can be changed.

You need to have a "special permit" if your drone is heavier than 7 kg's = N/A

Always fly LOS

the security distance shall be at least 50 meters from person, it shall be adjusted to the situation.
Don't fly in "national parks".

120 meters up is maximum heigth.

Stay away from rescue missions

That is the "basic" content as I see it.

you are welcome, I would not worry so much, I have been running around here and if it's very crowded I have been patiently waiting, and ask the people on the location if it's OK if I fly a little bit. Then I invite them to look and basically there is no time for flying cause everyone is asking so many questions and a lot of "WOWS" I hope our law enforcement have better things to do than chasing a poor guy with out no criminal intent. In a longer perspective I hope we don't need them at all
