Hello everyone,

I couldn't find any solution regarding the Problem I have with my Osmo 2. If I use it in Portrait mode with my S7 and let it look straight forward, I always have the motor in my photos / videos. It's not possible to bring the phone up any higher than it is already because it will not be balanced anymore.

i.e. Livestream, Timelapse or Pano mode is not really working with that and that was the main purpose for me to buy it.


Normal or are there any hidden settings (except to zoom a bit ;) ) ?

Same problem and on my I still feel the motor vibrating and the video goes all blurred by this issue.
