So I have a new DJI battery station and want to update the battery firmware using DJI Assistant app.

I cannot seem to make the app see the controller.

I was under the impression that this feature is available since it is in the documentation.

Anyone have this working?

that sucks.

What is the method to update the firmware on batteries then?

The last time I did that was one battery at a time on the drone with firmware on SD card.

Art, sorry that the Battery Station still cannot update the battery firmware at the moment, please insert the battery to the aircraft and update the battery firmware via DJI Go 4 APP or DJI Assistant 2.

very sorry to read about your unfortunate situation. This was a terrible way to find out the battery circuits will suck the power away from the batteries if leave them plugged in. Guess they should have put some diodes in the circuit to prevent this from happening.

If you want to donate the bad batteries to me for wiring harness parts, please send me a PM

Rich, that's fine, this function has been developed, it is in testing process and will come very soon.
