I realise this is a bit late in years to be starting a new thread on an unsupported model,
but I just fixed ano video or picture, the dreaded black phone screen, with just a timer going round, when connecting my vision plus to my android app. It has been fine and the fix was to go into the phone settings , choose the dji app, and do not allow access to camera from this app. There was nothing wrong with the aircaraft, it was just confused on the phone by having allow access to camera.

Since this may be a relavant issue to other models, I just started an account with the forum to let people know this is worth checking if you suffer the same experience.. I couldnt find an anwswer here so hopefully it will be useful to someone.
