So yeah... I crashed my Mavic Air into a tree... was screwing around letting my dog chase it and I went too high and BAM. It happens. About 8' up and it dropped after cutting up the leaves.

It did pretty well the only issue is the left rear leg (if looking at the drone from above) is bent out a bit and will not sit flush. This is causing the left props to hit each other as they rotate. It flies and all but they hit and it's not right.

I do have the refresh with DJI (only had the drone about a month) and did put a claim in BUT before I use up 1/2 of my refresh claims I'm trying to see if anybody knows if I can fix this.

Had the same thing happen I ordered a new arm shaft replaced it and it was back to normal.
The two little tabs that the screws go into that hold the arm on bend, to replace it requires you to open the drone up
and unsolder the motor from the power board. Motor shaft about $5.00 your time about 2 Hrs.

Now unless you are good at soldering and disassembly of drones and want to void your warranty I wouldn't advise it.
I watched a video that Wachtberger gave me it's in German but the guy is very good its on you tube
under mavic air disassembly.
If you are under warranty start a case and send it in like DJI Diana said.

I agree with  sky and Diana if under warranty send it to the experts.

Send it in to be repaired or replaced.  If you work on it your warranty will be void.
