We have multiple Phantom 3 Standards at our location.  We are charging the batteries and I noticed that the power supply LED is red on one, and green on the other.  The one that is red is hot to the touch, the green is cool.  What are the meanings and which one is bad/not working properly?  We have been having issues with batteries not lasting longer than 5 minutes, so I'm assuming one of the power supplies are not functioning properly.  Thanks for any help!

Are you charging them on a multi charger at the same time when you see this?

No.  These are individual chargers.

Are they both the same type of charger produced by DJI, the charger LEDs are normally just an indication that the power is switched on ?

Charge up a battery on each one, the battery LEDs should indicate if charging or not, or when fully charged.
Could it be that one or two batteries are faulty, there would be some indication in DJI go if that were the case.

The battery power button should be Green when lit.
