Does anyone know if you can go into gesture mode then use the RC to position aircraft, put the RC down and then use gesture for picture taking???  haven't tried it, just wonderinfg if anyone knows!!  Thx  Bolton

Hi, there. Yes, you can use RC to position aircraft. But you need to Enable Advanced Gesture Control under Visual Navigation Settings and ensure that the aircraft is in Gesture mode. Please fly in a recommended environment and test it. Thanks for your support.

yes, it works.
the way i am doing it is connecting the RC to Spark first. then using the Gesture Mode - double tapping the battery on spark while keeping it in my hand, in front of me. this way the RC will always stay connected to Spark.
as DJI Elektra mentioned, make sure the Gesture Mode is activated and you are flying in an appropriate environment.

Yes, is possible. I always took off and landing in gestures mode, with the RC connected.
