Any more information as to why it isn’t available in Europe ?

This means however, that should our current DJI care refresh expire, that we would not be able to renew if and when DJI Care Refresh + is available in europe.

I think so, since it hasn't been released in some countries, the customers in these countries will not purchase it, please note our website about the future release, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
