When using the Follow Me mode does the AC actually track the phone/tablet or the RC?

If i'm correct the RC doesn't have its own GPS, it gets that information from the device. Therefore if the device and RC are not physically next to each other (but are still connected by signal), would the AC follow the phone or the controller?

Please try not to get hung up on the reason someone would do this, just if anyone has actually tried it, or would be willing to try it i'd be most grateful for the answer.

If you mean the ActiveTrack feature it uses AI to follow a designated object or person.

Does the Spark or MA still have follow-me mode?

Follow-me tracks the phone. Your device must have service to use it.

Thanks for the confirmation Woe! Having to have service complicates matters though, looks like I’ll have to try to find a different solution
