Hi, I’ve encountered this problem and I don’t know how to solve this. I’ve tried to restart the aircraft and the phone but I still get this problem. It says no internet connection but connected to the app.

This is normal. Nothing to solve.

What you are seeing is normal. It means you are connected to the drone via WiFi but there is no internet. No internet can come from the drone only flight information. You are good to go. Have fun
