Myself I fly as often as I can weather permitting, I go through the three batteries every time, my kid brother last year was showing me that he had purchased this drone which is the wing kind, showed me some videos which I was amazed by, I then started looking at videos where I seen what the MP could do, my neighbor had a drone also a quad, fortunately I studied the videos on drones, my brother cannot fly during the winter months nor can he land his drone as I,  often enough I hand land the drone as well as take off.  I am grateful to utube for all them videos for making my mind up on which drone to choose.

I only fly when conditions, lighting are optimal, I’ve been flying RC for years so the novelty has worn off...

how long did the novelty last? At 71 I wondered why it is that I never attempted to get a pilot's licence, it's the closest thing to flying yourself which is a good feeling.

I fly daily weather permitting,

had my second already this morning, I have wood to split and stack so I will lay off flying for a bit, I fully intend on flying again though, taking the drone up to my old farm on top of the hills.

Ones or twice (maybe three times) a week when weather conditions allow it.
Three full batteries almost each time.

this week I missed out on a couple of days, rain and high winds were the culprits, but even in high winds I stay close, very close and also low,  that way at least I get to fly.

I try to fly every day. If the weather is bad, I fly the Mavic Air or Tello in the house.

Looking forward to seeing that video. Been flying my racer this morning before work. But when I get off work, fully charged 4 batteries and headed to the Gore.

Somewhat crippled by the vagaries of UK weather - but when I fly, I fly my full 3 batteries worth before returning home. So in all I've flown nearly 6 hours total flying time, and covered around 61Kms distance in the last  9 months. So not as much as I would have liked so far - but summer is on it's way ...

yes indeed, and I too cannot wait, 2 months off, and I will be at my summer home in Nova Scotia next to the beach and all of the most beautiful sceneries, so Lamplighter lets have a great summer.

As often as weather allows, currently working on a project that has and will require further 'testing'  it is proving very challenging, but incredible fun, including narratives. Lots of fun, but difficult.

I bought the Mavic Air on 30 April, completely set it up that evening and did my maiden flight the next day. I've had it 12 days now and have done 25 full flights in that time totalling 7 solid hours of flight time and 225,000 feet. That said, I tend to give myself one flying session (3 or 4 successive flights) on the weekend and catch an occasional sunset in the week depending on other commitments and the weather.

The Gore, as in .... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gore,_New_Zealand

I fly weekly, weather permitting. I bought my drone on 1 March, which in the Southern Hemisphere is the start of Autumn. Flew heaps in March, then the days started getting shorter and the weather started packing up.

Local drone learners club has rescheduled a weekend fly event twice now due to bad weather.

So yeah, only at the weekend at the moment - too dark by the time i finish work. June, July and August are winter, so will pick up again as of September. Also need to find more interesting places to fly, more exploring required!
