As you can see in video during Active Track in one point my Mavic Air dives on my daughters head. Did i do something wrong?

Good heavens, Ill bet that this makes someone sit up and take notice very very quickly. That could kill someone.

At least save them. And there should be another set of logs on your mobile device. See instructions here: http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/

Fortunally girl is absolutely fine. she took a painful hit on head but everything was ok after few minutes.

OMG this is very scary. I hope someone can explain what happened. Even when malfunctioning, the forward obstacle detection should brake the drone. Looks like he drone shuts off and dives like a brick.
DJI should have a look at this.

Lucky the child is okay and not hurt seriously, could  you have had the throttle full forward at around 17 to 20 seconds, seems that it was doing fine but just went down at full speed. Post your flight log like advised above to phantom helper.

The only thing I can think of that might of caused the incident is if your hand accidently shoved the sticks.
The flight records files will give you the best answer to what went wrong.
If you are using an IOS device this might help find the  files.
Flight Dat Logs

You can go to iTunes , connect to the computer with your iPhone/iPad  . Click on the iPhone symbol. click on the App sharing file . It will bring up the apps on your phone. Find DJI GO 4 app and click on it and you should get all its files. Mainly the  flight records are the ones you want. They contain the .TXT that you need to convert to CSV files.

i had remote controller in my hand but im 99 percent sure i didnt touch any controls. but even if i did - why didnt sensors stop it?
about the files - i have 3 files about this days flight and they all so close together i dont know which one is the right one.
i can post them all but where and how?

Sweet Jeebus! WTH?!?! I've seen DJI drones lose their ActiveTrack locks or fly into objects they couldn't see from the side whilst tracking, but I've never seen one dive bomb the actual target before!!
Also, I know someone mentioned it looks like it fell out of the sky, but looking closely at the video, you can see the MA motors still running after impact for a few seconds, then finally they power down and the unit goes still.

This, combined with my own yaw and drift issues with my MA after the .400 updates, makes me REALLY apprehensive to fly it now!

At least the girl is A-OK, must have been so freaked out by this though!

You got a lot of high attitude warning. That could bee the reason why the sensors are not working.

The main reason is the wind.

i understand that there was some warnings but something was still off.
wind wasnt very strong - watch the 1st part of the video - girls hair stands still and also the grass doesnt move much.
i dont know about you, but i almost always getting high wind velocity warnings especially on the beach.
ok i was warned but on my point of view - the aircraft was following the girl with no problems and then in one point was just diveing down (not down but directly to the girl)

Ive been using active track to shoot some videos of my guided fly fishing trips. It's worked pretty well for the most part but it malfunctioned on Tuesday and it would have been bad  if not for my cat like reflexes. I may look slow but I can move when needed. Notice the RC wasnt even in my hand when the drone began it's dive bomb.

This could be a bad thing if it has something to do with the new firmware.
Maybe Skynet (Terminator).

That looks like the same exact thing that happened in the OP video.  Just crazy.  Wonder if some kind of bug with the latest firmware.  All seems good then it just dive bombs at the target.  Very Scary.

That's why i never fly without prop guards. I think it's much safer then

Glad nothing serious happened, looks pretty dangerous.
One should always expect a malfunction of the intelligent flight modes and have thumbs near the control sticks to correct on any aircraft.
Nevertheless this should be investigated by dji, too dangerous to let this slide.

I have to ask, what did you actually do to stop the drone?  Cancel button, S-P Sport Mode button, Right-stick down?

What did you instinctively go for here to make the save?

I used it to Active Track myself the other day...I am so scare to use it again. One day its may just attack me. lol

It is a small demand that DJI actively participates in situations like these, and, most importantly, to find the cause as soon as possible. Should there be an error in firmware, it should be corrected - preferably yesterday before serious accidents happen.

What a nightmare! Very obvious this is a DJI software malfunction. Could have ended much worse.
