I believe the E800 is the same motor but it does not have the same mounting feet on the bottom on the motor so it will not work.
I do not know much about these small motors but there was a thread on another forumr about someone taking the motor apart to clean it out, maybe you could buy an E800 and swap out the guts of the motor...

http://www.inspirepilots.com/thr ... m-back-motors.2747/

There was another thread (that I can't find right now) where someone was replacing the bearings with higher quality ones also.

Good Luck!

Cheers

I am interested if this will work.

If you have bad bearings, I saw another thread on this subject in the forum that you can purchase bearings from a supplier in the UK and replace them yourself.

But still no official answer from DJI....

I got mine from CloverShop on Amazon and they weren't direct replacements.
They were similar without the mounting legs on the bottom.
I sent them back.
Good luck with yours
I'm still flying as I've only got the most minor play in one motor

Hello, I am the person in charge of the clovershop on amaozn.I'm glad you are here to discuss the products we sell, and I'm also a fan of DJI. On amaozn, the 3510 motors are not used on inspire 1, so we have to modify the amaozn page to explain those motors do not support inspire 1, in this hope that we do not misunderstand. In fact their main difference is that the location of the installation. In fact, DJI does not allow the individual to repair the inspire 1, so the inspire 1 motor will not be sold in the market. As agents we can get the inspire 1 to use the motor, but we need to order DJI, DJI order processing time we can not control. So we can't sell these things on amaozn, please forgive us. If interested, I can talk about some of the DJI products and other parts of the problem, I also welcome and everyone here and we discuss, thank you
