Greetings:
  Seems like the task of removing/replacing the sd card by hand has become a chore. Attempted to read the SD card by using the USB cable with one end connected to the craft and the other end in the PC. Tried both positions of the toggle switch next to the A/C USB port and nothing. W10 makes the correct beeping sound but see nothing like the external drive I was expectiong. What am I missing?

FWIW I received a reply on another forum that stated the rear usb connection could not be used for user data. Apparently the only way to retrieve photos/video is by manually removing the card.
