Hi! Did you solved your problem ? I have the same: I bought Mavic Pro last Saturday and have same video signal transmission interferences. Exactly like on your video. I use Mavic Pro with Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and don't finking that the problem is in the phone, because before it I succesfully use Note 4 with Mavic Air.

Does the FW update not happen automatically? How can I refresh it if DJ Go4 said the everything is up to date.

Use DJI Assistant 2 on a Mac and tap the box next to it that states Refresh.

Thanx a lot. I will do that after job. I use PC at home, but I don't think that it is big difference for DJI Assistant.

But the drone works perfectly on note 4, p10 lite, but not on my lg g pad 8.0 and my P8 lite
I tried airplane mode on/off, all apps closed i thook that it is like an OTG support problem but I'm gettin scared about it doesn't work on note 4...

I tried refreshing on dji assistant also on PC it failed... What if i reset to factory default and update the firmware?

The dji support said it's a mobile device problem and if I use a 'supported' device it will be fine... I used my fathers note 4... Pretty old(i mean the phone)... It was great... Does this interference occurs in close range for you or only at far range?

GO 4 is made for Apple - it even states that on the back of the box the drone comes in. I’ve never used any Android devices with my drones. My iPhpne 7 plus has been flawless.

Same here but i think it's software... Not hardware problem...

Do a short flight and record the video... pull the SD card. Is the recorded video also having the issue? If not then I say it is the mobile device / compatibility. If it is a supported device then check the software and make sure it is up to date. Perhaps a fresh wipe of the mobile device to clean it off.

I did not see a Huawei P8 on the list and the pad is on the list but it is a LG G Pad F 8.0. (confirm model matches)

I have no issues with the recorded video but without live feed :/ It is useless on my p8 lite (p8 max is on the list), also useless on my LG G pad (not on the list), seems perfect on my fathers note 4 (on the list but sy said on this thread that it's not working on his note4) and worked fine on a p10 lite (not on the list) I just want to be sure that the mobile device is the problem... Not the drone/remote cause i only have 10days left to send it back and i don't want to wait for warranty...

Also the p8 lite is freshly wiped for the purpose and the app is up to date...

Neither the GPAD or the P8 has otg support, but both the p10 and the note4 has...

+1 All the data like speed, hight, etc. are freezing...

New hope ??!! I downgraded my firmware to V01.04.0100 there aren't any important updates after... I' tried it in the house with my p8 lite it seemed better... I'm going out to the field to test it...

Yesterday I tried Mavic with Samsung Galaxy S8 - everything was ok. So problem somewhere in my smartphone (Note4). Thanx for support.

It failed with the note 4 this time... with apps killed no interference in the area... The note 4 is on the recommended list... Has 3Gb of RAM... Should i send it back (I mean the drone)? I cannot afford an S8

I just found this thread... If anyone is still seeing this the problem was the smartphone...
Simply the dji app requires a lot of computing resources that the above mentioned phones couldn't supply.
I bought a Redmi Note 5 and I'm happily using it since then. You just have to have a modern phone.
