When I turn on the controller and then my Phantom 4, the two items do connect but the camera does not display on the screen. I know the two are connected becasue I can fly the drone but can't see throught the camera. I have reistall the app several times, updated firmware and tried to relink the controller with the drone. Does any one have any suggestions.

Hi there, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? Is there any error message in APP? Also, please kindly offer the screenshot of About page, we'd like to check the exact status, thanks in advance!
