Hello,

I'm owner of the OSMO Mobile 1 since 2 years...and everything worked pretty well with my Iphone6.
End of last year, I've purchased the new iphone x.
Since this new iphone purchase, the Osmo Mobile is not working with the Iphone x. Stabilization is OK, but is not possible to record or to take a picture (buttons are not working on the device). Not possible to record or to take a picture, the zoom is not working..?
I've been for more than 1 hour on this forum but didn't find any solution for this issue.
Can someone at DJI help me with this?

When the function button cannot be used, it is usually caused by the disconnection of the Bluetooth, please turn off other Bluetooth, remove the Bluetooth in your Bluetooth Settings, then connect to Osmo Mobile Bluetooth via the APP and try again.
