Mein Crystalsky erkennt die Phantom pro 4 V2 nur als Mavic an.
Fehler Accu wird angezeigt.
es scheint so als ob das CS ein Update benötigt um die Drohne Richtig zu erkennen.
Mit Iphone/Pad wird die Drohne sofort Richtig erkannt ohne Fehler.
Laut CS benutze ich die neueste Software derzeit.
Wann kommt ein Update ?
oder was mach ich falsch ?

My Crystalsky recognizes the Phantom Pro 4 V2 only as Mavic. Error Accu is displayed. it seems like the CS needed an update to recognize the drone correctly. With Iphone / Pad, the drone is immediately recognized right without errors. According to CS, I use the latest software currently. When will an update come? or what am I doing wrong? Greetings O Mad

Please wait patiently. I think CS will release new firmware later to support the new drone. BTW, you said that it showed battery error. Did you check the battery status in the app? Please ensure that if the difference between battery cell is over 0.1.

There is no problem with the Battery when I use the IPhone X.

The battery error shows because when using the crystal sky theirbis no P4P v2 and Crystal sky defaults to the Mavic Pro. It’s very disappointing as I bought the Crystal Sky for use with my New phantom 4p v2.

Since you can only hope for a speedy update.
I even bought the Crystalsky extra.
And a German update for the interface would also be great.

I have lodged a suppprt issue with DJI so I will share their response

Now the DJI Assistans software does not work anymore.
Version 1.2.3. had Unknown device displayed.
Version 1.2.4 from 16.05.2018 does not recognize anything anymore.
Slowly it gets annoying when a drone is advertised and sold and nothing works ....

I have received a reply saying DJI developers are looking into the problem but there is no solution at this point . I wonder if the P4P pro v 2 works with other Android devices . It works with my iPhone X no problem .

2 days and still no response from DJi. It can’t be that hard as the screen version bring the pro plus v 2 is obviously working so why not the Crystal Sky

Yes, that's not nice.
The CrystalSky is still a premium device with a proud price, as you should think the updates are timely recorded.
And even the PC software still has no update, so I could only update the Phantom via the phone.

What is the status of a CrystalSky update to make it compatible with the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0?

DJI support are only saying their development team are looking into
It with no timeline or even acknowledgement there is a problem or when it will be fixed . Very poor attitude .

I have the same problems. The only device that can connect to the P4Pv2 is my iPhone. Not CrystalSky. Not DJI Assistant 2. Not DJI Assistant 2 for Phantom (version 2.0.0)
This is embarrising. Don´t want to show it to clients.  As someone said; with the professional pricetag on CS 7,85 UB the stuff sholud work much better.

I phoned the German support and then sent everything by mail again schrifftlich.
1 day later, I got the message that you could adjust the errors 1: 1 and the problem will be forwarded to colleagues in China.
As soon as something does notify me.
I hope that goes quickly.
They had no messages stored in the sytem so it is better if everyone sends a ticket by mail to beschläunigen everything.

The update for the Crystalsky is online :-)
Just played and tested, at first glance, everything was great.
So finally, happy flying.
Thank you DJI for the quick fix.
