I have a pair of lens that are 3.05, but the screen is still blured will a 4D be OK

I went into a high street optician and got prescription reading glasses made up for my eyes, reading distance should be set for about 9 inches if I remember, £29. They work well.

And they said they would replace if not correct :-) Although I didn't have to test that out.

My prescription shows a sphere of +0.25 which if I understand is the number I am supposed to be using for the corrective lenses. Should I order +1 or +2 corrective lense?
