it can be changed by changing the settings follow the steps given Netgear customer support so that you can change the pattern

Ah.. what are you using to view the DNG file? Maybe it's your screen color depth setting (set it to millions of colors). If you can, please post the DNG file (dropbox) for a further look.

Ok i use Camera RAW in Photoshop 2018 i try later today to send the file on dropbox got to go to work now.

When I download and open this file using Mac's Preview.app or RawTherapee, it looks fine. However, I do see the artifacts you mentioned when I view the dropbox link directly in my Safari browser. I suspect it's a color space issue, but is certainly strange.

Does this happen in all photos at the same location?

Yes to all pictures and on the exact same position in the picture

I have test without the filter and and hood and same result my firmvare is on aircraft version 1.11.01.50+
and Camera version 1.10.01.40

Thanks for the firmware info, it is recommended to send in the drone for further evaluation since it could be the issue of the cable or the sensor, our repair center will help you out, sorry for the trouble that has been caused.

Our team will need to make damage assessment firstly when the drone arrives in the facility, then will send you the quotation to inform you if it is a warranty case or you need to pay.
