They added a repair picture to my case.
DJI has a special repair site where you can monitor the progress and apparently they also add a picture there.

Found it but no Pictire lol doesn't matter it's being repaired and will be back in time for my project so I am extremely happy.

Wow, cool. Nice of the shop to show you whats up. Maybe DJI has been listening. I have heard several good service/support experiences recently.

I sent mine to DJI a couple weeks ago after a bad experience with another shop and it took about 10 days round trip, including shipping time. They sent me the diag which i agreed to. The next day i got an email saying they shipped my drone. Only the serial number of the one i got back was a brand new MP built in 4-2018, not the original from 1-2017, or a refurbished. Nice surprise as i was not protected with Refresh or  warranty. Thank you DJI. Back in the air with a new MP.

To be honest, I have yet to have an issue with DJI, from what I have seen they have bent over backwards to help people, so top marks from me.
