Goodmorning,
I just bought a new set of TB50 but one of the two battery doesn't charge.
The led on charging hub is red and if I put the battery in the inspire i have this error: https://imgur.com/a/4eRlfmZ

Sounds like a bad battery. Can you return it to place of purchase?

Yes. But I imagine it takes 2/3 weeks.

Did it come from DJI direct ? I am looking at the production date and it is almost a year old. I think it sat on the shelf to long. I ordered a pair from DJI last month and I had them in 3 days from the time of the order.

I bought it from a third party seller on Amazon.it
The other battery has a similar production date and it seems to be perfect

OHHH! Boy! Guess your only option is to try a return to the supplier. Unfortunately no two Batteries are alike. Each one has its own personality. I would go for another pair from DJI direct and deal with the return. You never have enough Batteries.

Lorenzos, sorry for the unfortunate experience, the battery may sit on the shelf too long and over-discharged, it is recommended to send the battery back to your seller for a replacement or send to DJI official repair center for further assistance.
