Yes, the plastic parts can be reused to a "gopher" drone but the rest is for recycling only.

The Micro-SD card can most likely be salvaged also..  I've heard that some have been underwater for 2 years and still retain data and remain functional.

Yes, you're right, completely forgot the SD card, provided there was one mounted in the Phantom. Rescuer may be disappointed if it is a standard 16 GB card.   

It seemed he did not want to keep things but the staff should try to find the owner man/woman for the things.
