When I take a photo with the Dji Go App there is no shutter sound. A thin blue line goes around the white button clockwise. Please advise how to fix the issue, I'm in New Zealand.

Do you hear any other acoustic message or is the mobile fully silent?

The issue is whether there are any photos saved to the SD card in the aircraft?

Check the volume is turned up on your phone or tablet.

I'm pretty sure that there is supposed to be a thin blue line going around the button when you take a photo.

Yeah you could be right but no shutter sound, with the volume on the phone turned up to its max

Mobile screen is silent with the volume fully turned up

yes photos are saving to the sd card

Maybe you can change it in camera settings on the app. Did you get the drone used, because if you did the guy before you might have set it that way.

Sounds to me like you are filming while pressing the shutter.
You hear the shutter sound only when you are in photo mode.

It was bought 2nd hand but the shutter sound always worked prior to last weekend....

That then must depend on the OS running on the device, on my GL300E with the modified android system i get the shutter click when taking a photo even when filming.
Only if using the pano feature it just give the sound from the first picture taken, rest of the operation is silent what i find unpleasant but not sure if it is just the way it is in general.

Hello Ranjit, please try to turn up Media Volume to its max, instead of the ringtone to check again. Let us know whether it works.

If in hdr mode I'm sure I don't hear shutter just see the blue going round in circle

I have the same problem. I was using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10"  with the DJI Go 4 app. I broke the glass on the screen and replaced it. I lost the tablet's speaker function in the process when I replaced the broken screen. The audio jack still plays audio though. This may not be your problem, but it's what I found.

May be the conductors to the speaker or the speaker itself is broken.
