okay so I found timelapse under photo.  but how do I set in and out points so my camera can scan while doing timelapse? thx lvetolaf

You are referring to Motion Timelapse right? Please select Motion---next, then you can add the points (at most 5 points) to set up your recording path.

Thanks Mindy.  Where do I find this option?  And how do I get the time-lapse to be a movie not individual jpegs?  You're da best!  Thanks for helping me with these steps.
