Way to many rounds that missed the mark.  Back to basics, soldier.

So the lesson is: you need two drones, one to blow up the helicopter, the other to do the original job.
With that shooting the drone would have had no problem hitting the helicopter before being shot down!

Wonder if they could hit a Phantom in sports mode, would be faster than their fixed wing drone... or better still, a spark, clearly they can only hit big targets!

Looks like a Parrot drone.  I'd sure like to have a pair of those gloves...

Someone needs some range time.

Going for shooting lessons at the helicopter mini gun range is expensive. ;-)

Rounds cost 200 dollars each.

Gun fires 10,000 rounds per minute.

That's 2,000,000 dollars per minute.

12 seconds is 1/5 of a minute.

2,000,000 times 1/5 is 40


$400,000 for 12 seconds
$200 per bullet.

$400,000 / 12sec = $33,333 /s

33,333 dollars per second
divided by
200 dollars per bullet

166 bullets a second.

I think my math is flawed, now.

Actually just the opposite, he was pairing down the drone, mm by mm. ;-)

The game is to see how close you can shoot, without destroying it all at once. Hahaha

Looked like a "Spray and pray".
I would have to agree, he needs some range time with leading a target!
I don't think "sneaking up from behind would work on any active target.

Wrong gun for that, what was needed for that drone was a standard cheap shotgun with standard cheap ammunition, then he could have killed it in one shot.
