Can't Renew Care Refresh

I received an email today that said I had 7 days to renew my Care Refresh for my Mavic Pro. It expired today. However, where ever I go - trying multiple times - It says basically I am not eligible or contact Product support, which leads me to the same messages when I click on Submit. I have never had a claim during the past year.

How do I contact support to buy the renewal?

Good day. I am sorry to know that you are having problems in renewing your DJI Care Policy. I can give you another way on how you can contact DJI Care support to renew your policy.  All you need to do is to send an email to djicare@dji.com. The email should contain the following: your intent of renewing your DJI Care policy, the serial number of your drone & pictures or video of the drone. Thank you.
