I received an email today that said I had 7 days to renew my Care Refresh for my Mavic Pro. It expired today. However, where ever I go - trying multiple times - It says basically I am not eligible or contact Product support, which leads me to the same messages when I click on Submit. I have never had a claim during the past year.
How do I contact support to buy the renewal?
