There is another Thread with this title.  It is here.   Ro_Flyer started it, and he deserve credit for it.  This is my attempt at making it easier to manage the content from that post:

Here is a list of all of the channels that I saw in the post up until this time.  If you are keeping up, please look through it.  If you don't see your name, let me know and I'll add it to my list.  The name I have used is your name in the forum.  I did not associate your YouTube name in this list.
I'm also going to create a new thread with this list as the top post.  that way, we can communicate and i can keep the top post updated with your channel and everyone can get the list.

Also S.D Pilot made an excellent point here.

Do this on your channel so that the folks that you sub will see you.          Channel settings ----> click on the settings wheel next to the red sub button:
           Privacy
           Keep all my liked videos private
          Keep all my subscriptions private ------? uncheck this option for your avatar to show.
           Keep all my saved playlists private
           Access more options in Account settings.

Then, go and sub them back.  Check a video or two, and make a comment.  Let’s keep this going!

One thing I like to add, for those with private setting. I noticed that some sub and then unsubscribe after you sub. if we are helping each other lets help each other. If your intentions are to unsubscribe a day or two later just don't sub. .

I think an admin would have to pin this post to make it stay at the top.

The only other way I can think of is to post something every now once in a while and have the post surface back to the top.

Yeah, that seems to be a problem when people keep their subscriptions private.

I always sub back (and watch and like and comment) when someone subs to my channel.
