I'm having a problem with dissasemble the expansion kit, as I want to change 2 potentiometers for a leaver and a external potentiometer used for focus (more precision than a smaller one).

I have dissasembled the screws, and the thread that are in the switches, BUT I can't disassemble the potentiometers, what I have to do to remove the part of the potentiometer that is for rotate??? Its only preasure? Throw out directly?
