Did anyone had the same problem than I. 4 motors stopped during the flight with Inspire 2 ?

Sorry for the inconvenience, If your aircraft experienced a hard landing due to that issue, I would recommend sending your unit to our facility for us to figure out what happened during mid-air.

I just want to know il you had already Heard about this ?

It is possible to turn the motors off in flight, should you need to get down very quickly, using the CSC ( combined stick command - same way as you start up ).

I guess this could be done accidentally.

Gersphoto, the drone will not turn off the motor automatically during the flight unless the battery is running out of power, the pilot turns off manually or some accident happens, if the issue happens, it is recommended to make data analysis to figure out the reason.

Thank you for providing the information. Our data analysis team will check what has happened to your drone, however, I would recommend syncing your flight records as well for our team to conduct some investigation.

The flight records would be a big help. You didn't get very far nor much height and then the obstacle avoidance kicked in. So, do you mean that the Inspire stopped or do you mean it fell to the ground ?

at what height? This is very strange. I have never heard of this before. Can you post the flight log?

Height 5,3 meters / Distance 5,3 meters. And several guys had the same issue in France since 6 or 7 months

Sorry for the accident, please start a ticket online and send in the device for data analysis and repair service as long as the drone is still in warranty period. We have professional team who will do their best figure out the reason. Wish you good luck.

My dealer told me that DJI had already informations about this problem... who lies ???
